導入雲端儲值系統，安裝雲端儲值電錶，套房需要先儲值才有電用，所以房客住戶必須主動預繳電費後才能用電，確保房東收得到電費，解決房東追討套房電費的問題。
住戶可下載手機APP，掌握房間即時用電狀況，包括用電資訊、儲值記錄、低餘額通知等，用電資訊透明，房東與房客無爭議。
當房間餘額用盡，電表會停止供電，所以房客必須主動與房東聯繫儲值，所以當餘額不足時，房東就可以重新掌握主動權。
