EV Charging Management Community

　This community is a typical community residential building with 10 floors above ground and four floors underground. The building has a total of 63 households, each of which is about 50 square feet.
This building plans a number of energy-saving designs, such as Low-E energy-saving glass, full-spectrum lighting for public spaces, solar and wind power generation systems, etc.

　Each floor is equipped with 5-6 charging parking spaces, and the parking spaces are equipped with dedicated 220V sockets for chargers.

After the electric vehicle charger is plugged in, users can go to the card reader and insert the card to start charging. When the balance is insufficient, you can go to the management committee to add value. The added value is recorded and can be remitted for verification by the building's accountant. It is a fair and convenient billing system both for the managers and users.
